How is the Open Pitlane run ?
• Open Pitlane is when drivers can go out to the track as and when they like rather than in a dedicated time slot.
• The track is open from 9am to 12am and from 1pm to 6pm without interruption.
• Each driver can use the track as long as they wish.
Eligible Cars
• Oldtimer classic cars and modern cars are accepted. Road cars and competition cars are accepted.
• Only the following vehicles are not allowed : monospace, motorhome, van, vehicles with less than four wheels.
• A sticker will be displayed on the windscreen of the car to allow access to the track.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the track of a vehicle which would not provide the minimum safety standards.
• All road legal tyres are accepted. Vehicles should only run slick tyres if they are fitted with suitable roll-over protection.
• Each car must have a towing-eye.
Respect of noise limits
• Users of the track will meet the noise standards set by the circuit.
• The maximum sound level permitted is 110 dB – from the exhaust pipe, measured with the car at a standstill, in neutral, the engine running at 75% of its maximum revs, and the measurement being taken using a mobile sound-level meter, at one metre from the exhaust pipe outlet and at a 45° angle to the exhaust.
On the track, the maximum sound level permitted is 107 dB, measured at 15m from the centreline of the track.
Drivers and passengers
• Each driver must sign a waiver of appeal for himself and his passengers and will receive a wristband to access the track as well as a briefing summarizing the main principles of safety on the track (entry / exit pit lane, flags, ... )
• Only 1 passenger is allowed per car, under the full responsability of the driver. Passengers must be 18 years or over.
• To access the track, each driver / passenger must wear a crash helmet.
Safety rules
• A driver whose car has technical problems on the track must wait behind the safety rail for the intervention safety vehicle.
• It is strictly prohibited from using the track in the opposite direction or to reverse on the track.
• The speed limit in the Pit Lane is of a maximum of 30km/h.
• The speed limit in the Paddocks is of a maximum of 10km/h. |

Entry Fee
• Entry fee is 450 euros per car, payable only in cash at registration on the circuit and includes:
- 4 driver wristbands
- 1 place for the car in a F1 box
Booking is not mandatory but is recommended to receive an e-mail with all the practical details of the day.
• Passengers are free.
• The teams that register 5 or more cars are invited to contact us.

Déroulement pratique de la journée

Arrival at the circuit.
Go to the 1st floor of the Pit-Building (Access: stairs or elevator through the gate 2), in the Welcome room, for the administrative checking.

Refuelling
• Fuel is available at the petrol station located inside the paddocks down to the Eau Rouge. Only credit cards are accepted.
• Fuel is not included in the entry fee.
• For racing cars that require a particular fuel, only the metal jerrycans are allowed. Refueling, transport and storage of fuel must follow the usual safety standards to the circuit.
